Honouring sustainability champions across business, agriculture, and community—because everyone has a part to play in a greener future
The East Anglia Clean & Green Awards celebrate the businesses, individuals, and communities across East Anglia making meaningful strides in sustainability, ecology, and agriculture. From energy innovation to eco-friendly farming, recycling, and community-led initiatives, there’s an award for everyone—whether you're a large company, a small business, or an individual championing a greener future.
The East Anglia Clean & Green Awards 2025 event will take place in March 2025 where the winners will be announced.
In it's inaugural year businesses and organisations will join together the East for a unique black tie evening, to celebrate the achievements, individuals and significant milestones that mark a company’s journey.
We at the Eastern Daily Press, East Anglian Daily Times, Ely Standard and The Hunts Post are proud to be recognising the outstanding commitment to sustainability and green initiatives across the East of England.
Over the past five years, our Insight Energy magazine has been actively supporting the energy sector, establishing a unique and expanding network. Alongside this our Clean & Green project, running for 18 months, has played a key role in educating the local community about energy initiatives and their benefits to East Anglia. Together, the Insight Energy magazine and the Clean & Green project have evolved to create the first-ever East Anglia Clean & Green Awards. This initiative celebrates the region's achievements in sustainability and energy innovation, marking a new chapter in our commitment to promoting a cleaner, greener future.
Thanks to our headline sponsor, University of East Anglia (UEA) and our category sponsors National Grid, Orsted, East Coast Training Academy, Stowen Group, Indigo Swan, Associated British Ports and our drinks reception sponsor Clarksons.
